'I’ve ordered twice and was very happy with the service and even bought more cards in-store.
The first online order was great but the second I had to chase up and took nearly a week to be put together and sent out. The shipping's not cheap so I was a bit disappointed. Will shop here again.
Some honest feedback, I have both been into the store and bought online. In store I received very little in the way of customer service even after trying to interact with the salesperson, I even commented to my friend who was with me before entering that I would buy whatever was offered to me by the salesperson and sadly was offered nothing so only spent the bare minimum which was sad as I want to support local stores over internet as it costs to run an actual store. I then bought online which was easy as I could pick and choose whatever I was trying to find. The website could be updated to allow more search results per page as its supper annoying to show 1-10 of 10,000 results one page at a time. Overall great shop and good products just sad they missed out on opportunities to create a positive customer experience for people new to the hobby.
