Shipping policy

We endeavour to pack & ship all orders the day after they are placed, with NZ Couriers offering overnight delivery (next business day,) after your order is packed. As we are a small operation, extenuating circumstances can occasionally cause delays in shipping, and if there is a significant delay we will let you know. We guarantee delivery to New Zealand addresses within 14 days of your order being placed, unless that item is a preorder or a backorder.
